This page explains what personal data we process, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on data protection and digital rights (LOPDGDD).

What data we process

  • The data you send us through the contact and property enquiry forms: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
  • The data you give us by phone, by email or at our office in order to find, sell or rent a property.

We do not ask for special categories of data. If you are under 14, please do not send us your data.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, send you information about properties: based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
  • To manage the purchase, sale or rental in which we act (viewings, offers, documents): to take pre-contractual steps or perform the agency agreement.
  • To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering), when there is a transaction.

We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with your data.

How long we keep it

  • Messages received through the website are deleted automatically after 12 months, unless they lead to a business relationship.
  • If there is a transaction, we keep the data for as long as it lasts and then for the periods required by law (for example, 6 years for accounting records and 10 years for anti-money-laundering records).

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law or where necessary for the transaction you entrust to us (for example, with the notary or the other party to the sale, with your knowledge).

We are assisted by service providers who only process data on our instructions: the website and email hosting provider, with servers in Spain.

Maps on this website are loaded from OpenStreetMap: when you view them, your browser connects to the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom, a country covered by an EU adequacy decision), which receive your IP address. The WhatsApp share button only sends data to that service if you click it.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at the email or postal address shown above, stating which right you wish to exercise; if we cannot identify you, we will ask for proof of identity.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: the website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to messages is restricted to the agency.
